Collection: Individual Cuts of Beef

We almost always have spare cuts of beef left over that haven't been sold in the beef packs. If you'd like to build your own custom pack or add another steak or extra diced beef to your order, you can now request individual cuts of beef. Availability varies from animal to animal as priority is always given to fulfilling orders for our regular beef packs. You will not be charged until we know what cuts we can supply; we will then send you an invoice and let you know to pick up your order from your selected location.
